Abstract:
    An infrared smokeless oven is characterized in that the oven basin of the oven body is provided inside with a roasting net, at least a pair of correspondent infrared heaters, a concave basin oven wall, a bearing basin and a water basin. The roasting net is held by the upper edge of the concave basin fire wall, and vertical walls of the concave basin fire wall on both sides form a trapezoid plane which is wide on top and narrow at bottom and is inclined and fastened with the side wall of the infrared heater. The heating terminal of the infrared heater is opposite to the roasting net, and the bearing basin is installed under the oven basin, and the water basin is placed on the bearing basin and right in the center concave part of the concave basin fire wall. The oven basin is opposite to the operating surface of the operator, and an opening gate is provided according to the height of the water basin in the oven basin for fetching the water basin. The infrared smokeless oven overcomes the problem that the existing charcoal oven body generates roasting flue dust by insufficient burning, and the flue dust pollutes roasted food, roasting net and environment, and affects human body health, and the infrared smokeless oven is easy to use.
