Abstract:
     Electrical polishing solution contains 100-350 g/l of organic phosphoric acid, having a PH of 5-10. The parts or plated coating made of Cu-Zn alloys or Cu-Zn-Sn alloys, can be directly electro-polished or the plated coating can be removed without pre-treatment for cleaning off the grease and the film formed due to corrosion. This process is also good for restoring the antique of Cu-Zn alloys or Cu-Zn-Sn alloys which have heavy layer of corroded materials on their surfaces.
