Abstract:
Aluminium foil is passed, under the effect of DC at 75 deg.C, through electrolytic bath containing hydrochloric acid 3% and aluminium (in the form of aluminium chloride) 1% and is corroded there, getting higher degree of cubic texture foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitor. The foil corroded in this way is of higher pit density, longer pit extention and better straight-line-shape pit structiure, therefore it possesses very high electric capacity.
