Abstract: |
|||
| In the course of electrochemical roughening Al or Al alloy material used as printing plate support, the mixed aqueous electrolyte contains HCl and at least fluorine-containing inorganic compound which is one of halogen ions-containing compound. The said electrolyte appears in acid or basic metal form and the anions of which contain fluorine element and at least another element (such as Si F6 2- or PO3F 2-). Concretely, the electrolyte contains 0.5-10% HCl in wight and 0.05-5% fluorine-containing compound in weight. The extremely evenly roughened Al plate support may be used as offset plate. | |||
