Abstract:
     This invention belongs to surface processing technique and provides a technical process for making the imitation of cloisonne' on aluminium base. Two oxidations and three colourations of aluminium are used in the process which approximately includes pretreatment of aluminium base, polishing by electrolysis, sulfuric anode oxidation treatment, dyeing gold colour, printing pattern, erosion, enamel oxidation, secondary dyeing and discharging. Its features are as follows: The style of cloisonne' has been maintained. It is suitable for production in batch. Its cost is reduced. It has wide application range and can be used as the surface decorations for the products from top to middle grades of daily goods, artworks and domestic electric appliances.
