Abstract:
    A nut continuous frying machine is disclosed. It is characterized in that: an inner cylinder, comprising a nut stir-frying cylinder and a screening cylinder, is provided in the outer cylinder used for carrier heating driven by electric motor. A feed funnel for conveying heat carrier and nut to the nut stir-frying cylinder is provided in the material entering initiating end of the nut stir-frying cylinder. A nut discharge port is provided in the material entering tail end of the screening cylinder. The material pushing and mixing structure is equipped in both outer cylinder and inner cylinder. At the same time, a strip device for continuously conveying heat carrier to the feed funnel is equipped in the material entering tail end of the outer cylinder. When the machine is working, the carrier can be heat in the outer cylinder and enter the inner cylinder together with nut, so the nut can be fried as entering. Finally, the nut and carrier are automatically sieved through the screening cylinder and the carrier fallen into the outer cylinder can be used in circulation. High efficiency, low consumption energy, high quality, the utility model greatly improves the operational environment and relieves the labour intensity of factory hand.
