Abstract:
     In this invention, power supply, electrolyte, electrolysis procedure, cleaning procedure are selected and designed, thus, by this process, electrolyte may be commonly applied to steel and cast iron, the depth of erosion on observation face of sample may be adjusted at will, multiple phases may be displayed simultanously. It may extract alone certain carbide, phase, as well as non-metallic inclusions. The rate of success for preparation of sample is high, the speed of preparation is also high. The electrolyte may be used repeatly for many times.
