Abstract:
     The electrochemical processing method for metallic squeezing die features use of electrocorrosion, instead of electric spark forming, to determine working band length in die hole. The designed working band part in die hole is covered and sealed by vulcanized rubber and the rest part not covered in die hole is electrocorroded in electrolyte solution, where the material section of die hole, which has been linear cut out, is used as cathode and working plate of die as anode. Its advantages are high productivity and precision, and less investment in equipment.
