Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a process using recovered dilute chromic acid in electrolytic deplating process. The mixing ratio of said cell liquor is: chromic anhydride 120-160g/l, phosphoric acid 450-650g/l, boric acid 10-20g/l, and when deplating, anode is piece to be deplated, and cathode is lead-antimony plate or waste titanium column, current density is 10-20A/DM(2), voltage is 6-12V, and the temp. of cell liquor is controlled at room temp.-70 deg.C, and the area ratio of cathode and anode is 2-3:1. Said invention possesses the advantages of improving deplated product quality, reusing substandard products, reducing cotnamination, fully-utilizing waste dilute chromic acid and reducing electrolytic deplating cost.
