Abstract:
     The present invention relates to an electropolishing process for aluminium material by using reverse current method. It is characterized by that the reverse current is used as current provided for electrolysis, i.e. the direction of the current is forward-backward alternatively changed, and its conversion frequency is 0.1-10 Hz, in which forward current is 80-90% of one cycle and reverse current is 5-20% of one cycle. Its plating liquor is a dilute solution using soda as main, and its current density is 5-10 amperes per square decimeter, electrolytic polising time is 5-10 min. Said electropolishing process can greatly save energy source, reduce pollution and aluminium consumption, and can greatly reduce polishing cost.
