Abstract:
     The quick grease-removing rust-removing cleaning agent for metal by using electroacoustic process contains the following components (wt%): main cleaning agent (60-70), cleaning adjuvant (10-20), chelating agent (5-10), surfactant (3-10) and antifoaming agent (1-5). In the application of said cleaning agent, the cleaning agent is made into 3-20% aqueous solution, and the electric field whose current density is 3-20A/dm2 and the ultrasonic field whose frequency is 20-30 KHz and intensity is 0.3-1 W/cm2 are applied to it. It is safe in use, convenient, quick in speed and low in cost.
