Abstract:
     After hydrochloric acid solution is used in eliminating zinc coating, the Fe2 ion concentration in the solution is measured and the solution is made to react with excessive H2O2 to eliminate Fe and concentration regulated to produce hot zinc plating solvent. The waste acid solution is thus treated through chemical reaction for reuse in zinc plating production. The present invention can reduce environmental pollution and utilize fully zinc metal in zinc coating eliminating solution.
