Abstract:
    An appliance for heating and roasting bread-type food by radiation heating is composed of a casing for defining a heating chamber, a fixed vertical central heating plate in said heating chamber, a pair of movable vertical heating plates arranged at both sides of said central heating plate, and a gate movable between close position and open position. Its application method is also disclosed.
