Abstract:
    The invention discloses a carbon burning oven, which constitutes a supporting element, a baking disc and a carbon burning disc. The supporting element includes a upper supporting column and a lower supporting column, connection of the upper supporting column and the lower supporting column is realized by movable splicing joint, thereby supporting the whole carbon burning oven; the baking disc and the carbon burning disc are separately connected to the upper supporting column and the lower supporting column of the supporting element, the two discs are positioned by bolt, wherein the baking disc can rotate around the upper supporting disc and can move up and down along the upper supporting column, thereby people can optionally select baking, non-baking, or slowering/quickening baking speed according to the baked food; wind-proof plate is equipped at periphery of the carbon burning disc, thereby to adapt windy weather. The carbon burning oven is convenient for mounting, carrying and transporting, and is adapted for various field for baking.
