Abstract:
     This composite coat is electric erosion proof and wear proof for the contact of relay. It is deposited on the copper alloy or other metal bodies by plating. The sic particles whose diameters are less than 0.5 micron are dispersed in the composite coat and occupied coat volume 0.1~10%. This gold basic composite coat has following features: its micro bardness is higher, and friction coefficient is lower than gold. Its contact resistance is larger than gold, but less than gold alloy. It has high electric erosion resistance, high corrosion resistance and powerful discolorment protection.This is Au-Sic composite coat can be obtained in gold plating acidic solutions which contain sic particles, cyanide and sulfite.
