Abstract:
     This invention is aimed at the making of watch escapement forks or similar micro-parts by means of existing injection moulding and electroforming techniques and presents a two-step processing. The first step is to make a escapement fork or other micro-parts as a standard parent model by conventional fabrication method. Next the standard male mould and application male mould are made by injection moulding and electroforming. Further, application female moulds for mass-production of electroformed parts can be made by injection moulding of ABS plastic after the application male mould. This invention devlops a way for mass-prodn. of escapement forks or other micro-parts at a cheaper cost.
