Abstract: |
|||
| The invention relates to the aluminum or its alloys is pretreated by the mechanical, chemical and/or electrochemical method and then processed by anodic oxidation. The used electrolytie is free of H2SO4 but contains H3PO4 and Al3 ion. The technological parameters are: The composition of electrolytie is 25-500 g/L of H3PO4 and no less than 5 g/L of Al3 ion, the treated time is 5-500 sec. the current density is 1-3A/dm to the power 2, the temperature is 35-95 deg.C particularlly. The source of Al3 ion is specificlly a aluminum salt containing phosphoric cation and oxygen such as ALPO4. The material prepared according to the method of present invention is suited for offset printing plates coated photosensitive layer. | |||
