Abstract:
This invention is to produce an oxide layer with the thickness of 20-40 micrometre on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloys by anodic oxidation after a pretreatment of degreasing. Then in the solution of nickel acetate, keeping the temperature at 60-90 deg.C, for false hole-sealing, next in the 150g/ml H2SO4 solution, keeping the temperature at 18-20 deg.C, exerting 0.1-0.4 A/dm2 alternating current (as 60Hz), the alternating current electrolysis is made for 20-40 minutes, then hole-sealing in boiling water is also made for ten minutes. So a well-distributed and beautiful white film is got at last.
