Abstract: |
|||
| The method is to plate on the metal body a metal film firstly which is easy to be welded, then the metal body is joined by braze welding. The thickness of the film is 1 micrometre-150 micrometre. Advantages: The technology and equipments are simple (without coating bath). The part's demension and worker's skill are not demanded. The welding can be operated in situ and the joinning force of brush plating layer is bigger than 24 Kgf/mm2. This method is most used in welding of cast iron or cast aluminium, also in wilding of different metals, for example, the aluminium and other metals in aviation industry, even in welding of ceramics. | |||
