Abstract:
     The present invention is concerned with a process of electro-moulding and its device which can be used to make porous and thick wall workpiece with uniformity in up-and-down porous shpe and dimention, such as powder-cage for friction spinning machine and filter-tube for petroleum filter. The process of the present invention consists in filling concave rotch of electio-moulding dies with foaming paste-like resin, and then heating the resin for its foaming to develop foam into stero-like, soft and elastic isolator which highness is slightly larger than wall thickness of the workpiece to be electro-moulded, and then electro-moulding. The device is provided with a defoaming means and electro-moulding dies which are immersed partly in electro-monlding liquid and are exposed partly in air, and in which a nozzle for spraying liquid is allocated on the top of its diseharging liquid side and a pipe for spraying liquid on the entering side closed to electro-moulding surface.
