| It employs the fixed bed particulate electrode electrolysis. The cathode region of the reactor is the mixed packings of the electronic and ionic conductor. The electrical conductivity is high. The closed circulation composed of the reactor and the activated carbon filtrator can eliminate the cyanide pollution. The silver whose content is less than 50 mg/l in the silver-plating rinse solution can be recovered and the recovery ratio can reach 94%. The purity of the recovered silver is above 97% and the energy consumption of the procedure is low. The invention can also be applied to the recovery of the gold and palladium in the gold-plating and palladium-plating rinse solution. | |||
