Abstract:
     It replaces the ordinary cyanide pre-plating or nickel pre-plating skill by the process of iron pre-plating and the copper pre-plating. As compared with the ordinary skill, it has the advantages of better binding force of the plating layer, stronger corrosion resistance, higher brightness, lower cost, plating for any kind of materials and complecated shape of steel parts. Waste water is easily treated without pollution, simple maintained, operating at normal temp. It can be used in many kind of decoration platings, such as, regulative hand wheel, bike frame, electric fan cover, spring, hardware, diesel-engine parts and household articles.
