| The process is improved in which a layer of oxygen-containing compounds (such as lithium tanfalate or niobate) is formed in the inner surface of tantalum or niobium or tantalum-niobium alloy spinning jet (plate) by electrochemical reactions of molten lithium salt. Properties of the spinning jet are remarkably improved. The tantalummade spinning jet with the film has the following features: anti-scratch, anfi-deformation, long life-time, good spinnability, greatly lowering the rate of jet replacement, reducing holes plugging-up, broken ends and gluing, and greatly improving the quality of chemical fibre, e.g. reducing weak spots and bad-spun silk etc. Moreover, it is better than the gold-platinum alloy-made spinning jet and can be used for substituting varioius spinning jets in the wet and dry and wet spinning for chemical fibre. | |||
