Abstract:
     The invention gives the condition for long stabilization of non-corrosion iron plating solution. It uses galvaro-chemistry principles to make electric energy change into chemical energy, the oxidizing-reduction reaction on the electrode helping the realization of steel and iron spare parts' surface electro-plating. The invention realizes the steel and iron spare parts' non-corrosion electro-plating, finding the control index of plating liquids, compounding, maintenance and long stabilization. This overcomes the key technique of ensuring the connective strength between iron plating layer and base metal.
