Abstract:
     The antirusting method of rare permanent magnet is an electroplating technique by which the protecting layer of matel zinc Zn is electroplated on the surface of magnet. The electroplating solution is consisted of 250-450g/l zinc sulfate and 50-90g/l potassium sulfate. Before electroplating, the magnet is put into 1-5% 25-alkaline scouring agent solution and then is boiled to eliminate the oil. After eliminating oil, the magnet is put into 5-15% nitric acid solution to eliminate the rust. The obtained protection layer is smooth, and chipps not off. It is suitable for various rare permanent magnet.
