Abstract:
     This invention relates to the technology of hard chroming. It adopts all halogen compounds except that of fluorine as the catalyst of chroming liquid with chromium of valence 6. By this technology, the electric efficiency of cathode may reach 45-55%, the rate of deposition is 200-250micron/hr. There is not low electric corrosion occurred. The dispersancy and deep-plating ability are fine and the energy consumption is low. This technology is widely applicable to improving the surface properties of materials and repairing the worn parts of machinery and workpieces out of specification (viz, superallowed).
