Abstract:
     The magnetic hanging tool for electroplating makes use of the attraction of permanent-magnet to fix workpieces on it. It is convenient to load and unload the workpieces. The productive effect can be increased and the labour intensity of operating workers decreased. The automatization of loading and unloading workpieces can also be realized easily. The magnetic hanging tool is especially suitable for electroplating solid and fine rod sort of parts, such as bicycle spoke. It attracts the end face of the rod, so its whole excircle can be simultaneously electroplated. The unserviceable workpieces and current loss can also be decreased.
