Abstract:
     Composite coating of Au-(CF)n being obtained by electrodeposite process has been investigated. The obtained coating has the property of self-lubrication. Friction coefficient of Au-(CF)n coating as a couple of friction compared with pure gold-plate only is 1/10-1/8. In this inventon, the process is to add micropowder of fluorocarbon into coating solution of citrate, then obtained Au-(CF)n composite coating by electrodeposite. Therefore simultanously add surface activator and co-deposite promotor into plating solution. When we electrodeposite the coating, the process may be continously agitating with diaphragm pump. It may be electroplating under conventional condition to obtain coating. Workpiece to be coating may be hung on the workrest or placed to a drum.
