Abstract:
    A gas heat source device of oven relates to an improvement of the gas heat source device of oven, especially to an improvement of the oven by installing two gas burning tubes on the top and bottom of the oven. The device can make the oven generate uniform heat source quickly to satisfy a uniform baking state. The utility model mainly comprises burning tubes (1), (2), a gas guiding element (3), an igniter (4) and a thermocouple controller (5); the burning tubes (1), (2) are connected with each other by the gas guiding element (3) fixed and installed on an oven body(10). Two burning tubes are ignited by the control of an igniting switch, and the food is baked in the uniform baking temperature, which overcomes the situation of nonuniform baking temperature in the oven caused by misoperation, increases the baking quality and saves the baking time. However, the utility model only needs one ignition switch to simplify the structure of the gas heat source device, and under auxiliary control of the thermocouple controller, the oven can carry out baking work safely.
