Abstract:
     This invention covers an electroplating solution, which is composed of sulfuric acid (H2SO4), stannous sulfate (SnSO4), cerium sulfate [Ce2(SO4)3], formaldhyde (H2CO), taitar emetic (KSbOC4H4O61/2H2O) and a brightening agent (SS-820), with de-ionized water added, and the method of its preparation. This electroplating solution is nonpoisonous, odor-less, non-polluting and suitable for electroplating the printed circuit boards and lead wires of electronic components and devices, rendering the plated layer oxidation-resistant, corrosion-resistant and easily weldable.
