Abstract:
    The present invention relates to electric roaster, and is especially airflow heating and cooling structure of drawer in electric roaster. The electric roaster includes casing, food roasting unit, electric convection heater, and food cooking and preserving drawer in the lower part, as well as heating pipeline connected between the roasting unit and the drawer to lead the electric heater heated air to the drawer, and several transverse porous plates inside the casing. The present invention results in saving in material and raised electric roaster safety and performance.
