Abstract:
    The present invention relates to an oven interior structure of electric oven. Its interior structure includes the following several portions: several heaters capable of using electric energy as heat source and releasing heat quantity; oven cavity body which can utilize heat quantity released by above-mentioned heater and can be used for cooking food in a closed space interior; counter flow fan which is placed in the rear portion of said oven cavity body, is formed axial-flow fan and can be used for making the air in the oven cavity body interior produce counterflow; and counterflow hole plate for guiding air flow produced when the counterflow fan is rotated. Said structure can make interior temperature in the oven cavity body be uniformly distributed, so that it can uniformly cook food.
