Abstract:
    The present invention relates to an electric oven. It includes the following several portions: convection electric heater which is placed in the rear side of oven interior for cooking food and is used for providing heat quantity; convection cover for covering front face and side faces of convection electric heater; convection guide component which is placed in the rear side of said convection cover and is used for guiding air flow; and heat quantity outlets which are formed on four sides of said convection cover and are used for uniformly discharging heat quantity produced by that above-mentioned convection electric heater. Said structure can make the heat quantity be more uniformly distributed in the electric oven interior and can be used for more uniformly cooking food.
