    The utility model discloses a folding and portable type oven. The folding and portable type oven includes a box slag catching chassis, side plates on right and left ends of the chassis, a range burner, a roasting net and a charcoal net. The right and left side plates are hinged with the chassis which is provided with two detachable side plates in front and at back, and both ends of the right and left side plates are provided with trepan borings. The front and back side plates are provided with coupling pins correspondent with the trepan borings, and the front and back side plates and the right and left side plates are fastened by the coupling pins to form the oven body. The roaster can be folded into a rectangular solid when the right and left side plates are placed horizontally. The folding and portable type roaster has advantages of simple and reasonable structure, convenient and fast removing and installing, easy carrying away for family travel after folding, low manufacturing cost and flexible use by roasting mode of burned gas mode, electric heating mode and charcoal mode.
