Abstract:
     The integrated bread leavening and roasting apparatus includes one cabinet, several partition plates inside the cabinet to separate the cabinet into leavening chamber, roasting chamber, burning chamber, blowing chamber and inlet and outlet channels. The burning chamber is provided with burning unit and heat exchanger and has air inlet communicated to the lower part of the roasting chamber and air outlet communicated to the bottom of the blowing chamber; the blowing chamber is provided with blower communicated to the upper part of the burning chamber; two inlet and outlet channels are set reciprocally and parallelly; and there are several motor chain wheels and chains to form two symmetrical closed conveying loops with suspended bread holders. The present invention is used in leavening and roasting bread and may be combined with bread cutting apparatus and other apparatus to constitute into one bread producing line.
