Abstract:
    A frying machine comprises a fryer and a heating mechanism. The heating mechanism uses the heat conducting liquid. The outside of the fryer is provided with a heating interlayer comprising a fryer shell, and a heating interlayer shell. The heating interlayer is provided with a liquid inlet to be connected to the outlet of heat conducting liquid in the heating mechanism using, and a liquid inlet to be connected to the inlet of heat conducting liquid in the heating device. The liquid inlet of the heating interlayer is equipped on its top, and the liquid outlet is equipped on its bottom. The heating mechanism using heat conducting liquid comprises a liquid extraction pump and a heat conducting liquid stove. The liquid inlet of the heating interlayer is connected to the heat conducting liquid outlet of the heat conducting liquid stove, and the liquid heat conducting outlet of the heating interlayer is connected to the heat conducting liquid inlet of the heat conducting liquid stove through the liquid extraction pump. Because it is provided with a heating interlayer and a heating device using heat conducting liquid and the heat conducting liquid in the heating interlayer circulates without stop, the oil in the fryer heats uniformly without situation of local overheating and releasing harmful substance and fume.
