| The present invention relates to an automatically-crushbreaking, constant-volume feeding spot type hermatic device for a 60 KA side-insertion soderberg cell, which electrolyse melted aluminium oxide to produce metal aluminium. The said device consists of an automatic crusbreaker a constant-volume feeder, a pneumatic or manual pendent door and compressed-air piping. The airtight ratio of the pendent door itself is greater than 98%. When the said apparatus is used, automatic spot-type crushbreaking and constant-volume feeding may be completed without the requirement of opening the pendent door, and the air collecting efficiency of the cell may reach 90%. It is favourable to the improvement of working conditions, to the rational exhaustion of the smoke and to the stability of the production.
