| This invention discloses a new technique of making intermediate alloy of aluminium-titanium-boron three elements. Its basic technological method is utilizing the complete set of industry aluminium electrolyzer, in the process of electrolyzing aluminium, a certain proportions of industry boride and titanide are added, and then electrolytic aluminium Al, Al3Ti, TiB2, A1B2 and three elements phase (Ti,Al)B2 are generated in the electrolyzer, thus the continuous production can be realized. The aluminium-titanium-born intermediate alloy produced with electrolytic method contains titanium up to 2.5-4.5%, boron 0.2-0.8% and the proportion of titanium to boron is between 3:1-50:1 and is controllable, its industrical cost is dropped greatly to 1/3-1/4 of that in reduction method and reciprocal mixing method.
