Abstract:
     The electrolytic apparatus used in this method is involved with electrolyzer, dil. alkali electrolytic soln. anode and isolating plate arranged in the form of a close assembly structure, and paste cathode made from reducing-treated waste lead powder, water and pasty material. By means of solid phase reducing electrolysis, the paste cathode will form reduced lead. This invention has the advantages of no-pollution, lower voltage for electrolysis, higher current density and current efficiency.
