Abstract:
     The present invention refers to a new steel cathode rod for aluminium electrolysis bath. The structural parameters of steel cathode rod are determined by magnetic field distribution in electrolysis bath, the proper electromagnetic force distribution is thus obtained, resulting in reduced circulatory flow, fluctuation, and swell in the aluminium liquid, increased electric current efficiency, reduced power consumption, and prolonged service life of electrolysis bath body.
