Abstract:
     In this invention, hot solution of NH4Cl is used to immerse the minerals, or industrial drges, containing zinc oxide, zinc hydroxide, or zinc carbonate, to make zinc to be dissolved in NH4Cl by complexing. By the substitution of zinc powder, such impurities in obtained solution as Pb, Cu and Cd are removed and through inputting oxygen-containing gas, Fe in the solution is removed by oxidation. After the purification, electrolysis is conducted and zinc is educed from cathode while oxygen from anode.
