Abstract: |
|||
| This invention uses a liquid-liquid extraction to extract harmful elements such as As, Sb and Bi from Cu electrolyte for both improving the quality of electrolyzed copper and reclaiming them. The invention technically features that the competitive extraction of extractants with same compositions under the condition of different phase ratio is used to perform sequential extraction, counter-extraction and deposition of Bi, Sb and As respectively. This extracting system is a coal oil solution composed of organic amines and tributyl phosphate. Its extracting, counter-extracting and phasing speeds are very fast. | |||
