Abstract:
     A direct electrolytic process for powder metallic materials is presented in this invention. The powder metallic materials are packed directly in polyamide fibre pocket, the conducting plate is inserted into polyamide fibre pocket which is put in plastic positive pole frame with holes, the negative pole is stainless steel which is put in electrolytic tank with electrolyte and is electrolyzed directly, tin and lead are precipitated on catelectrode, the product is obtained. The electrolyzed positive pole mud is treated, valuable metal is recovered. This method specially is suitable for processing of powder copper ashes in tin-smelting plant and lead refinery.
