Abstract:
     This process comprises steps such as clarification of cyanated noble metal liquor, the electrolysis of cyanated noble metal liquor by the parameters of current density (11-22 A/sq.m), electrolyzer voltage (3-4.5V), homopolar distance (55-70mm) and electrolyte flowing speed (130-180 l/h), acid treatment of gold-carrying steel wool, separation of solid from liquid and smelting gold-containing mud. The invention features that first a pressure filtration and then a clarifying sand filter box are used to clarify cyanated noble metal liquor. The technology has high electrolysis effect and low cost. The electrolytic deposition of about 97% may be attained when the concentration of noble metal liquor is lower.
