Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a roasting method of aluminium electrolytic self-roasting tank. It replaces the traditional coke, breeze or aluminium powder with the aluminium beans (the central hole chip waste material punched during machining toothpaste aluminium circular-piece is referred to as the aluminium bean), i.e. a layer of aluminium beans is uniformly laid on the bottom of electrolytic bath, and the carbon anode is contacted with the aluminium bean layer. After electrified, said method uses the aluminium beans to conduct electricity and the roast action is proceeded by the aid of heat from both electrode resistors. The utilization of said method can obtain the effects of roasting time shortening, energy-saving, labor-saving, raw-material-economizing, good roasting quality and raising furnace life.
