Abstract:
     The present product consists of 30-60 wt% furfuralcohol resin, balanced artificial graphite powder, and additional solidifying agent, hydrochloric acid, 4-10 wt%, sulfuric acid ethanol 4-10 wt%. The present binding technology can completely substitute the existing charcoal paste binding or phosphorus iron casting technology with lower cost and greatly improved labour intensity and conditions.
