Abstract:
     This invention selects Pa-Ag alloy as material of hydrogen-permeation cathode for electrolysis, finds a method using high-valence nickel as catalyst and NaOH to activate the cathode surface, and thus obtaining a high efficiency hydrogen-permeation cathode of Pd-Ag alloy. The electrolytic cell built with this cathod can be made into a small scale electrolytic generator of extrapure hydrogen and used extensively in the field of sience and technology.
