Abstract:
     A cathode that is made of conductive liner covering with (Ru-Sn) O2 Solid solution can be applied in salt water electrolysis. The improved covering contains 3-45 mole percent of ruthenium in (i); 0.1-30 mole percent of metal platinum, or oxide platinum, or oxide iridium in (ii); 50-96.9 mole percent of oxide tin in (iii), which can be replaced partly by antimony.
