Abstract:
     The solution is treated in the first anode cell that is seperated from the cathode cell by positive ion membrane. A part of the solution circulates back to the first anode cell, while another part of the solution flows into the second anode cell, and to be treated there. The second anode cell is also seperated from the cathode cell by membrane. A part of the solution that had been treated in the second anode cell circulates back to the second anode sell, and the remainder part is the products ofthe entire technological process. The electrolyte circulates in the loop of cathode cells. A part of the electrolyte from the cathode cell either combines with the solute entering the first anode cell, or circulates back to the cathode cell again.
