| This invention is a composite conductive-catalytic material with porosity and high surface area specially useful as an electrical catalyst for electrolytic electrode. It contains porous prefabricated matrix which is a mixtrue compound catalytic materials made of oxides of platinum series and oxides of at least one of the metals for valve. It is best to use one kind of the metals of platinum series and/or a post-coated complementary catalyst of its oxide, and go through chemical deposition under an oxidizing atmosphere or a reducing atmosphere, and subsequently to carry out heat-treatment after annealing in order to disperse the material all over the matrix. That porous maxtrix may be ruthenium oxide titanium oxide, and the complementary catalyst may conveniently contain at least two oxides of ruthenium, rhodium, palladium and iridium, while other formations of the composition are also possible. | |||
